Our Barbacoa Seasoning is a medium spicy, Carribbean-inspired blend perfect for zesty, flavorful beef. Contains lime peel, our own proprietary blend of chili powder, salt, cumin, citric acid, spices, onion, and garlic. We use ground rice hulls for an anti-caking agent so our spice blends remain all natural. Sassafras Hill culinary spices are blended from hand-ground, whole ingredients when possible for noticeably fresher and bolder flavor profiles.
